I, (Known as De'Sirae, "Rem" "Remlit" "Remlitkitten" "Cinnamintkitty" "Cinnaminnikitty" "MonkeSupreme") have the right to decline any request for any reason I see fit.

I will not accept any commission request including: Zoophillia, Ferals, Pedophillia, content intended to be pedophillic in nature (including but not limited to; fictional children, cub art), realistic gore, racist imagery, antisemitic imagery, xenophobic or bigoted imagery, rape, or implied rape.

You are allowed to display and reproduce commissioned work provided it is for non-commercial, personal use only.

You are not allowed to claim to have produced art you have commissioned from me.

You are not allowed to use my art (commissioned or not) for NFTs in any way.

You are not allowed to use my art (commissioned or not) for Generative AI (artificial intelligence) Learning Models in any way.

You are not allowed to edit my art to portray bigoted imagery.

From the moment I accept a Commission, and you (the commissioner) provide payment, you are acknowledging that I have up to 14 days to provide a rough sketch for you to review. After a rough sketch is provided and reviewed, I have up to 28 days to provide a finished product for you to review.

You are allowed a Partial Refund (75% of Final Price) up until the moment I provide a rough sketch for you to review.

As soon as you are provided a Rough sketch, you are no longer eligible to receive a refund for this commission.

Partial Refund is not applicable to Quick Sketch Commissions.

By agreeing to commission, you acknowledge that the commissioned art you purchase is a Digital Good that is provided through various online file sharing mediums, and, therefore, requires no shipping.
